Amber also maintains the latest USTER TESTER 3 that measures the mass variations of yarns, rovings and slivers made from staple fibers. Based on this measurement a range of quality-
determining characteristics are calculated within a short period of time. The automatic measuring principle permits the simultaneous testing of yarn evenness, imperfections, hairiness and count.

A picture of Amber yarn in packed form is shown just before delivery. As Amber's production is 100% export oriented, we are not only committed to providing quality yarn but also providing it
on time. Helping our customer achieve the highest standard in knit fabric quality, has always been our goal.

Amber uses the world's best Blow Room by Crosrol (UK) with an automatic 1500 kg/hr capacity bale plucker that does not require manual cotton handing and blending. Hence, it improves the
quality of the back process of raw cotton handling. This multi chamber blow room is equipped with many cleaning points, including two dust tex, and fine openers

In addition to our Crosrol card, MK4s, we have just added the latest MK-5C cards with all stainless steel and ceramic wires to produce the best quality card sliver possible globally.

Amber uses the latest No. 7 V Mach Coner, cone winding machine from Japan which has the auto splicer (knotter), electronic yarn clearer, and tension contrller. The electronic
yarn clearer alternatively checks for all cuts dobled yarn on the package and supply bobin sites before and after joining yarn.

Efficient quality management in spinning mill requires comprehensive quality and productivity control - on a round-the-clock basis. With this aim in view, Amber Cotton offers off-line
systems for exclusive laboratory testing and on-line quality monitoring systems through HVI machine for all its cotton puchase around the world. From the fiber all the way to the finished yarn, the goal is set; "Zero faults"!
